Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel over to your local courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
